St Helen’s Road 1400 hours 15th may 2015. Workers and plant gone. Road still officially closed.

The Council has finally issued a statement saying that St Helen’s Road will reopen to traffic at 5:00pm (1700 hours)

They have not yet explained the delay in reopening the important link, given that work was completed some hours ago.
