Service 1
Chapelfields – City Centre – Wigginton
Timetables for this service will change throughout the week, to improve reliability.
On Mondays to Fridays, journey times will increase during the day and throughout the afternoon peak.
On Saturdays, journey times will increase and the service will be re-timed to run every 12 minutes.
On Sundays, journey times will increase during the day.
No changes will be made to the route or stops served.
Service 2
Rawciffe Bar Park & Ride – City Centre
Journeys on Monday to Friday mornings that currently start from Clifton Moor will change and will start from Rawcliffe Bar.
Service 3
Askham Bar Park & Ride – City Centre
Journeys on Monday to Friday mornings that arrive at Askham Bar between 0840 and 0910, serving the York College stop on Tadcaster Road, will instead use the normal route between Tesco and Askham Bar Park & Ride.
Customers travelling to York College can get off at the Tesco stop and walk across to the college.
Service 4
Acomb – City Centre – University of York
We’ll introduce a later journey, seven days a week, at 2330 from the University of York (Heslington East) to York Rail Station.
Within the timetables, times will no longer be shown for the stop at Heslington Hall, towards Heslington East, but buses will still stop to drop off and pick up at Heslington Hall.
Services 5/5A
Acomb – City Centre – Strensall
On Monday to Friday mornings, two journeys will run five minutes earlier, with the bus on service 5A leaving Strensall at 0710 (currently 0715) and the bus on service 5 leaving Acomb at 0820 (currently 0825).
On Monday to Friday afternoons, the timetable will change from about 1430 onwards, to improve reliability.
On Saturday mornings, times of some buses before 0900 will change by up to three minutes.
Evening timetables have changed seven days a week, with journeys from around 2100 running up to ten minutes earlier.
Buses arriving in Acomb on service 5A will now continue along Front Street and terminate at Acomb, The Green, then changing to service 5 and continuing via Danebury Drive to the city centre and Strensall.
Service 6
Clifton Moor – City Centre – University of York
A new timetable will be introduced on Mondays to Fridays, with buses running every 12 minutes between the morning and afternoon peaks.
No changes will be made to the times of buses on Saturdays and Sundays, or to the route and stops served.
Services 10/10A
Stamford Bridge – York City Centre – Nether Poppleton
The Monday to Friday timetable will change, with some late afternoon and evening journeys running up to 10 minutes later.
Service 12
Monks Cross – City Centre – Foxwood Lane
On Mondays to Fridays, minor changes will be made to the first morning journey and two late afternoon journeys.
The evening and Sunday service to and from Foxwood Lane will be provided by service 14, which will run Haxby – City Centre – Foxwood Lane.
Service 13
Copmanthorpe – City Centre – Haxby
Service 13A
Acomb – City Centre – Haxby
Some early morning and late afternoon journeys between York City Centre and Acomb on service 13A will be withdrawn, due to low usage. Some early morning and late afternoon journeys to/from Haxby that previously ran as service 13A will run as service 13, with times of these journeys changed by up to 10 minutes.
On Mondays to Fridays a new journey on service 13A will depart from Acomb at 0925, replacing the current 0935 journey.
Service 13A will run with financial support from City of York Council.
The evening and Sunday service to and from Haxby will be provided by service 14, which will run Haxby – City Centre – Foxwood Lane.
Service 14
Haxby – City Centre – Foxwood Lane
This new service number replaces evening and Sunday journeys on services 12 and 13, showing more clearly the links between Foxwood Lane and York City Centre.
