Improvement works are underway to strengthen the verges at the junction of Nidd Grove and Don Avenue, which for some time have been a ‘mud bath’ thanks to large vehicles driving over them.

Now a tarmac ‘runover’ is being installed on both corners at the entrance to Nidd Grove to tackle this problem.
In addition new tactile paving is being installed on the pavement on Don Avenue on both sides of the entrance to Nidd Grove.
