A dog owner, who allowed their pet to foul in the Oldman Court area in November, faced a £300 fine plus £135 in costs.
So far this year there has been 1 prosecution for dig fouling in the City. In 2 other cases Fixed Penalty Notices were handed out.

• 2011 – 2012? 0 prosecutions and 5 FPN = 5
• 2010 – 2011? 2 prosecutions and 3 FPN = 5
• 2009 – 2010? 3 prosecutions and 28 FPN = 31
• 2008 – 2009? 1 prosecution and 18 FPN = 19
• 2007 – 2008? 2 prosecutions and 0 FPN = 2
