I have tried to get a reply to my early May 2023 email but still haven’t received a response from any of the LibDem councillors.
I believe that Stephen Fenton will reply to this enquiry shortly. I think that it is fair to say that communications from the York Council housing department at the moment are somewhat slow.
I was informed by the council’s Housing team last week that they will be writing to tenants imminently with an update, after contractual matters have been resolved which should enable this much-delayed work to go ahead…
