BerriesThis half term we will be holding a fun and different craft event with print-maker and artist Jane Kennelly. Come along for ‘Winter trees: Branches, berries, and buds’ and make beautiful pictures for pages for a giant book to decorate the library! What’s on in Dringhouses: A Victorian Christmas Concert at Dringhouses Library

Dec 16_Winter LibraryThis historical-music recreation will recreate a concert given on 16 December 1868 in what was then Dringhouses School and Reading Room. With Victorian music, carols, and readings, experience the library as it was 148 years ago, and bring in the festive season with Christmas spirit!

Music historian Jane Troughton and friends will be providing the music, research done by volunteer Andrew Jenner.

Mince pie and cup of tea included in the ticket cost.
